Refund Policy | Equiistox Research

Fees once paid towards research services are non-refundable, except in the specific circumstances stated below.

Duplicate Payment: Duplicate payment made by the client for the same subscription/service.
Non-Delivery of Service: Service not delivered due to reasons directly attributable to Equiistox Research.
Payment Gateway Error: Technical or payment gateway error resulting in an incorrect or excess charge.
Regulatory Action: Suspension of SEBI registration for more than 60 (sixty) days, or cancellation of registration – residual/pro-rata fee for the unexpired subscription period will be refunded.

Change of mind after subscription activation.
Losses arising from market conditions, client’s own trading/investment decisions, or non-adherence to recommendations.
Partial usage of an active subscription period.
Any fee paid outside the official Equiistox Research payment channel or bank account.

Refund requests must be raised in writing via email to equiistoxresearch@gmail.com, with proof of payment and reason for request.
Eligible refunds, once approved, will be processed within 7–10 business days to the original mode of payment.

Genuine complaints will be acknowledged and resolved within 7 business working days, as per SEBI RA Regulations.
